Catalytic combustion process

According to the owner's actual situation, the design of the oven line, the air volume of 8000m3/h, oven exhaust gas adsorption by activated carbon adsorption bed first, the standard exhaust through the fan high-altitude emissions.
After the saturated activated carbon is desorbed by hot air and catalytic combustion, the organic waste gas is adsorbed to produce CO2 and H2O, and the saturated activated carbon can regain the adsorption capacity and recycle.
The scheme adopts double adsorption box process, that is, the system is equipped with two adsorption boxes, one adsorption, one desorption or standby. When the painting is done, the adsorption box A opens and operates (the adsorption box B is taken off or standby). When the adsorption tank A reaches saturation, manually switch adsorption desorption process: adsorption box A stops the air, and enters the desorption program. At the same time, the adsorption box B opens the intake air and enters the adsorption process.
The activated carbon in the adsorption chamber A is removed from the active carbon under the action of the catalytic combustion system and is burned and decomposed in a catalytic combustion bed. Finally, the activated carbon is regenerated and the adsorption capacity is obtained again.
When the adsorption box B activated carbon reached saturation, then manually switch between two boxes of adsorption - desorption procedures, cycle.
