VOC zeolite concentration rotary runner incinerator
What is zeolite? Zeolite (zeolite) is an ore, a natural mineral, present in crystalline form. A natural zeolite consisting of hydrous aluminum silicate containing sodium, calcium, potassium, or barium. Natural zeolite is hydrophilic and easy to absorb moisture. First discovered in 1756, Clance Te, a Swedish mineral scientist, discovered that a class of natural aluminosilicate minerals produced boiling when burned, hence the name zeolite (Cronstedt zeolit).
Zeolite molecular structure
Swedish CarlMunters innovatively proposed the use of zeolite (zeolite) as a honeycomb structure for the separation process, and patented it in 1974. In 1986, Sweden Munters pioneered the use of honeycomb zeolite runners for VOCs waste gas treatment. In 1988, Japan western technology research company will be processed into corrugated ceramic fiber paper with the shape of a flat plate inorganic binder bonded together after a runner with a cellular structure, and then coated with hydrophobic zeolite adsorption on the surface of the honeycomb runner channel, which is successfully used for VOCs purification.

Basic principle construction
The concentration zone of zeolite runner can be divided into the treatment zone, regeneration zone and cooling zone, and the concentration runner runs continuously in each zone. VOC organic waste gas passes through the prefilter and passes through the treatment area of the condensing wheel unit. In the treatment zone, VOC is removed by adsorbent adsorption, and purified air is discharged from the treatment section of the condensed runner. The organic waste gas (VOC) absorbed in the concentration runner is removed and concentrated to 5-15 times by hot air treatment in the regeneration zone. The condensing wheel is cooled in the cooling zone, and then passes through the air in the cooling zone, and then is heated to be used as the regeneration air, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.
L adsorption concentration: to deal with high winds, including VOCs below the concentration of 800ppm, 40 degrees below the temperature of the gas, through the rotating zeolite is adsorbed, the system exhaust fan frequency, exhaust the exhaust gas into the atmosphere. The adsorber is a vertical runner (CTR) can provide a lot of gas with the zeolite surface area, the runner continues to each small 1~6 to the speed of rotation. Provide more than 95% VOCs removal rate.
L: hot runner VOCs desorption is concentrated into saturated zeolite area, using heat exchanger provided (about 200 DEG C) of desorption, desorption after rotation to the cooling zone, with normal temperature air cooling to room temperature, and then rotate about to adsorption concentration area.
L desorption oxidation: a high concentration of VOCs in air oxidation fan to regenerative incinerator (RTO) combustion emissions from incineration, clean CO2 (g) and H2O (g) to the atmosphere. The high temperature airflow of the combustion chamber is drawn out to the gas to the heat exchanger to exchange heat with the normal temperature air, and the heat flow is heated to the desorption temperature to be used for the purpose of energy saving.

Characteristic£º
1, high suction and desorption efficiency, so that the original high air volume, low concentration of VOCs exhaust gas into low air volume, high concentration of waste gas, reducing the cost of back-end finishing equipment.
2. The pressure drop produced by zeolite VOCs is very low, which can greatly reduce the energy consumption.
3, the concentration of multiples reached 3-15 times, greatly reducing the size of post-processing equipment, lower operating costs.
4, the overall system pre acquisition group and modular design, with the smallest space requirements, and provides a continuous and unmanned control mode.
