Four, process principle:
Catalytic cleaning is a typical gas solid catalytic reaction, in essence, it is the deep oxidation of reactive oxygen species. In the catalytic purification process, catalyst role is to reduce the activation energy, and adsorption of the catalyst surface, the reactant molecules enriched in the surface increases the reaction rate, accelerate the reaction of the catalyst; can make organic waste gas burning in low temperatures, no flame combustion, and oxidation decomposition CO2 and H2O, and release a lot of heat energy, so as to achieve the removal of harmful substances in the exhaust gas.
In the process of catalytic purification of exhaust gases, waste gases are piped into the heat exchanger through the pipe and heated to the starting temperature required for catalytic combustion. The preheated exhaust gas is burned through the catalyst layer. Due to the effect of catalyst, catalytic combustion exhaust gas combustion starting temperature is about 250 degrees Celsius to 300, significantly lower than the direct combustion of the combustion temperature of 650 to 800 degrees Celsius, the high temperature gas again into the heat exchanger, the heat transfer of cooling, eventually to low temperature by the fan into the atmosphere.
